Jasmine Panayotov, Managing Partner
Jasmine Panayotov is involved in all facets of the company’s business, including sales and marketing, financial planning, strategic alliances, international relations and technical operations.
Ms. Panayotov utilizes her project management skills to lead Proceed Innovative team efforts to design and develop website marketing programs for various types of business. Her vast technical and Internet business knowledge allows her to work with clients and translate business requirements into SEM project specifications. She has more than eighteen years experience in IT and marketing and more than nine years in the Internet Marketing arena.
Ms. Panayotov’s educational background spans two continents and includes a Masters Degree in Electronics and Microelectronics from the Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria. Upon coming to the United States she graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
Bruce Findley, Sales and Marketing
Bruce Findley has more than 40 years of technology and business leadership experience. In 1969, he founded IPC Center Inc., a company that provided small businesses with batch computing solutions. The company eventually evolved into Fetch Online Services, offering online services to medium-sized businesses. In 1993 the third evolution of the original company arrived as Fetch Innovative, a full-service Internet company. The company was acquired in 1997 by U.S. Web.
Findley holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Indiana University, as well as a masters of science in multivariate statistical analysis from the University of Kansas. He is an avid boater who has sailed the Great Lakes, the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
